As a Bilingual Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting employees with benefits enrollment and questions, managing all insurance billing, maintaining employee database and files, and assisting with payroll processing.

Additional responsibilities of the Bilingual Benefits Coordinator include:

  • Administering various employee benefits programs in both English and Spanish
  • Conducting benefits orientations and explaining benefits self-enrollment system
  • Assisting employees with health, dental, life, and other related benefit claims
  • Assisting HR Manager in completing benefits reporting requirements

Job Requirements

As a Bilingual Benefits Coordinator, your experience with staffing, payroll, compensation, benefits, safety, and retention strategies will be crucial for this position. Additional requirement of the Bilingual Benefits Coordinator role include: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 1+ years' experience as a benefits coordinator • PHR/SPHR certification, preferred • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite • Excellent Spanish and English skills
