Vaco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Audit Coordinator for a fantastic client in Brandon. This is a contract to hire opportunity paying $18/hr.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Customer retention; interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, empathy, ability to solve problems, ability to handle rejection and ability to meet retention goals
  • Provide clients the necessary documents per audit scheme and review applications to ensure required information is accurate and archived accordingly
  • Assist with incoming calls, email requests, and guide clients and auditors through the scheduling process. Facilitate communication with clients, auditors, and colleagues.
  • Coordinate audits conducted by auditors, prepare client and vendor contract for services
  • Ability to meet yearly audit quota and complete billing process in a timely matter
  • Maintaining audit documents organized for all third-party audits
  • Data entry into scheme platform and documents
    • Communicate routinely with the manager regarding audit progress, issues, other departmental work timelines and priorities.
    • Promote positive internal and external communication and positive teamwork
    • Participate in the development and updating of departments SOPs
