As a Bilingual Customer Service Rep, you will be repsonsible for providing excellent cusomter service in English and Spanish.

Requirements:
  • **Must be completely fluent in in writing and speaking Spanish**
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma required
  • MS Office experience
  • Experience managing a heavy volume of phone calls
