Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Seeking a customer service representative that is bilingual in English and Spanish for a reputable financial institution in Norfolk, VA. The basic functions of the job include maintenance services related to checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposits, and loan products.


-Cross-selling the institutions products and services, meeting monthly sales referral goals

-Answer inquiries regarding products and services in addition to any promotions to effectively help the customer

-Comply with all record keeping requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act for wire funds transfers

-Answering calls, troubleshooting, and complying with all company guidelines

Skills and Education:

-Excellent phone and customer service skills

-Ability to communicate via email and chats

-High school diploma or equivalent of GED

-One year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
