Job Description

Consumer Field Sales Rep

We are looking for sales people interested in selling service for one of Austin's largest fiber internet and television providers. Increase the client's subscriber base by acquiring residential customers through retail and event tactics. This position reports to the local Consumer Sales Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Staff Fiber Space and various remote kiosks and/or temporary storefronts across the client eligible areas

  • Staff customer acquisition events targeting single family homeowners and their families

  • Build a lead pipeline through ongoing field interactions and conduct phone and/or e-mail follow up to close sales

  • Scout upcoming activation areas to identify sales challenges/opportunities

  • Update Salesforce with relevant customer information, conversion status, and notes

  • Escalate customer concerns and issues to local leadership team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or 2 years of relevant work experience

  • 1+ years of direct sales experience with proven results

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexible schedule

  • Active drivers license with good driving record
