Job Description

Vaco is working with an exciting firm that is looking for a Billing Clerk whose interest is piqued by finance. In this Billing Clerk position, your responsibilities will include reviewing bills and entering data into spreadsheets and accounting software. This Billing Clerk position will be based in Marina Del Rey. This is a temporary assignment expected to last 2-3 months.

Major responsibilities:

  • Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary
  • Transfer data from one software to another
  • Institute financial procedures and controls
  • Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency


  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
  • Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
  • Billing software experience
  • Microsoft Excel experience
