Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate accurate and timely invoices
  • Process credit memos and returns, discounts and price adjustments in a timely manner
  • Assist Billing Manager with commission, bonus calculations, and audits
  • Follow up on pending sales orders
  • Ensure billing process is consistent to sales and cost are in accordance with revenue recognition policy
  • Assist in new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the Team
  • Generate sales and commission reports
  • Handle billing inquiries & calculate freight quotes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Effectively manage time and have problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effectively multitask in a deadline driven and fast paced environment
  • AA or BA degree in accounting or related field preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, MS Dynamics GP (preferred)
