Job Description

Vaco has been engaged to identify a candidate for a full-time opportunity as a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator with a small legal firm. The Bookkeeper/Office Administrator will perform general accounting and record keeping functions, general office management duties and some personal assistant duties as needed. The firm provides a close, family-like environment with above average compensation.


- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll required
- Experience in the legal field strongly preferred
- QuickBooks Online experience strongly preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
