REQUIREMENTS:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks
Administrative duties:
* Sort and distribute mail
* Perform general clerical tasks (faxing, typing, scanning, copying)
* Answer telephones and take messages
* File and organize records: job files, etc.
* Assist project managers and estimator
o Type bids/proposals and email to clients
* Email Accounts Receivable invoices and necessary job documents to customers
* Other duties: Ad-hoc
Accounts Payables:
* Enter vendor invoices to be paid
* Match packing slips with invoices
* Enter credit card receipts
* Mail A/P checks to vendors
* Match-up check stubs to invoices paid
* Box-up older files
* Filing
