Job Description

Our client has over $500 million invested in real estate across the country. They have locations in Israel and London. 7 people in the NJ Office.

The Employee Duties include:

• Manage the office day to day activities - order office and food supplies, postage,

• Coordinate office management activities

• Schedule meetings and arrange conference rooms/calls

• Manage vendor when applicable (i.e. hotels, car rental, PR services, head hunting etc.) search, selection and optimize prices

• Manage travel and visits schedule

• Handle information requests

• Coordinate travel arrangements when needed

• Plan and manage office budget

• Operate office equipment, such as printers and computers and be the focal point with IT support

• Submit Payroll

• Conduct standard bookkeeping on a regular basis, and as specified by the Company's CFO

• Prepare weekly cashflow reports to the Company's CFO

• Monitor the Company's bank accounts

• Pay and monitor outstanding invoices

• Assist the Company's CPA with regards to the preparation of annual tax returns and K1s.
