Our client located in Summit, NJ is adding a Bookkeeper to the team.

In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • All phases of bookkeeping
  • Record, analyze and maintain Financial accounts
  • Assist Human Resources with certain tasks within recruiting process

Requirements for the position include:

  • 7 years prior experience
  • Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel and Word
  • Experience in Payroll and Benefits
  • Experience with A/P, Financial Reporting, Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger.
  • Strong Communication, math and filing skills.
