Job Description


We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable bookkeeper who embodies a "can do" attitude and is willing to wear many hats as we transition from third party accounting partner, implement a new ERP system and establish proper processes.

Essential Functions:

  • Calculate & record journal entries.
  • Prepare & update account analysis for multiple entities.
  • Process accounts payable & accounts receivable.
  • Review G/L coding of a high volume of credit card transactions.
  • Update and maintain fixed asset software.
  • Compile monthly reporting package.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Process checks.
  • Maintain historical records by filing documents.
  • Ad hoc analysis as required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be proficient in Excel and must have QuickBooks experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills within a diverse team environment
  • Ability to comprehend the overall concept while paying attention to detail.
  • Must be able to critically think through, assess situations, and work independently.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy in work product, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate multiple activities required.


  • 3+ years of Accounting / Bookkeeping experience required.
  • Excel Proficiency required.
  • Experience in a Consumer Products company is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong MS Office skills
