Job Description

  • Responsible for all accounting related tasks including but not limited to AP, AR, and payroll
  • Ensure general ledger is balanced
  • Participate in month end closing procedures
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Assist with yearly audit
  • Maintain files properly and accordance to company policies
  • Experienced with at least 3+ years
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • QuickBooks and Paychex experience is a plus
