Job Description

We are interested in candidates that are self-motivated, have a positive attitude and attention to detail. Previous accounting experience, good computer knowledge required.


  • Accurately entering expenses billed by various vendors and companies.
  • Daily settlement of deposit accounts.
  • Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
  • Maintain and reconcile schedules.
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.

  • Spreadsheets.

  • Record Keeping.

Qualifications for this position include the ability to multi-task; adapt to changing priorities and be accountable for completing all job tasks timely as well as accurately; excellent communication skills including attentive listening skills; collaborate with other team members; analyze data/information, maintain vendor relationships.

Reliability and dependability are essential.
