What we are looking for...

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client! As a Business Analyst, you will play the main role in linking our information technology capacity and our business objectives.

You main goal will be to support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks.

Your day-to-day activites with include generating custom reports for BU's, finding trends in reports and Data mining.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage BI solutions
  • Define business requirements
  • Define KPIs and reporting requirements
  • Provide reports, processes and Excel VBA applications through the application life cycle
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
  • Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
  • Own and develop relationship with partners
  • Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources.
  • Work with partners to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
  • Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs
  • Manage timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions
  • Make recommendations to product team
  • Excellent communicate skills
  • Find and communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Perform Quality Assurance
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring
  • Discover issues, suggest changes and better solutions to the customer


  • Previous experience in Business or Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or similar
  • SQL Server skills including SQL, PL/SQL & T-SQL objects, performance tuning, data analysis and integration
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Strong, advanced MS Excel experience
  • MS Powerpoint
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
  • Experience in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Costing, Financial modeling, Reporting, Pricing, budgeting and forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Business Intelligence experience based upon Accounting ERP
  • Experience with Famous ERP and Qlik BI Tools a BIG PLUS
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries
  • Knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 5 Years Costing, Financial modeling, Reporting, Pricing, budgeting and forecasting 5 years BI & Accounting ERP PL/SQL or TSQL Qlik Famous ERP MS Excel
