As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a project liaison. You will be responsible for understanding and documenting user needs and transforming those needs into requirements used to deploy solutions that will meet the sponsor's objectives.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Providing complex analysis services translating user needs into detailed specifications
  • Generating requirements documentation through facilitated work sessions or individual interviews with sponsors and stakeholders and manage changes to those requirements
  • Facilitating and participating in discussions, which may include ensuring that solutions with multiple alternatives have been evaluated and are able to meet business requirements
  • Facilitating discussions in order to obtain agreements and commitments between business unit(s) and service delivery organizations, from initial requirements to final implementation

What will you need to excel in this role? We are looking for a team-oriented Business Analyst with strong interpersonal, organizational, and workload planning skills. Communication and teamwork are an integral part of this role and you must be able to effectively work with employees at all levels. Specific requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience •5 years of functional business analyst experience •Must have good planning, organizational and analytical skills •Ability to understand data structures and data modeling •At least two years of working as part of a scrum team •Passionate about customer experiences •Self-motivated and results oriented •Strong team player; able to work effectively within a team and more broadly with people from a variety of backgrounds and areas across the organization.
