Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing a new business procurement management system (P2P)
  • Verify procurement strategies are being practiced throughout the organization
  • Promote conversion to preferred product and contracts to optimize supply cost savings
  • Work with field teammates for platform updates and issue resolutions
  • Coordinate the procurement process to enhance purchasing platform
  • Verify contract terms and life cycles are being consistently met by each contracted party
  • Manage vendor catalogs and report on accurate pricing
  • Verify payment terms are met and optimized
  • Coordinate the information flow between the procurement system and accounting software
  • Create training manuals around the procurement system
  • Train end users to be proficient in the procurement system and verify protocol is being followed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field
  • 3-7 years of similar work experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
