YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL

As a Tech Sales and Business Developer you have direct client revenue responsibility with the talent teams. You communicate fluently with client top execs, brilliant scrum leads and deeply knowledgeable software developers in our client teams. You are involved at every stage of the project life cycle from creating the concept and leading the interaction design to ensuring the design works with the technical solution.

GOT WHAT IT TAKES?
We are looking for someone with solid experience of sales, service design or leading a scrum team. You are going to smash this job if you have a sales mindset, have experience in rapid prototyping and conducting large client workshops. You will succeed, if you are not afraid of sharing your opinions and are comfortable in working in multidisciplinary teams. You will fit right in if you deliver on your promises and have the curiosity to continuously seek new approaches and ways to grow. Like us you understand the importance of seeing the big picture and being able to make decisions without wobbling on the details.

What we look for in an ideal candidate:
-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred)
-7+ years experience in sales management
-10+ years experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
-Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
