Business Development Director :
Primary Responsibilities:
- Forming sales strategies to keep the company competitive and innovative
- Prospecting major clients & developing a relationship with them
- Forecasting future company sales and maximizing company profit
- Monitoring team compliance with established CRM to ensure consistent usage
- Working with internal departments as needed to manage pricing and internal processes
- Assist sales team with professional development
- Managing approved sales plans & strategies
Requirements/Skills:
- 5-10 years of sales management experience with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement
- Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and client count growth as well as expense control
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
- Experience running and building an established sales team with both relationship and transactional selling
- Management experience, including hiring, managing and compensating a dedicated team
