RESPONSIBILITIES
* Solicit and develop a prospective client pipeline of attorneys and law firms
* Develop tactical strategies and sales disciplines to maximize production opportunity
* Engage extensively with Clients and Prospective Clients
* Travel extensively in an assigned territory for face-to-face client interactions
* Develop and implement plans for acquiring new accounts to meet targets for revenue growth

REQUIRED
* Existing/Established book of business or current network of professionals in the legal field is required
* Proven ability to meet expected monthly and quarterly goals
* Job accountability, strong work ethic with proactive self-starter discipline
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal or Attorney is preferred
* Experience working in the Legal Funding industry is a plus
* Innovative mindset, flexibility and willingness to accept new ideas, concepts, processes, and technology
