Vaco Technology is looking for a dynamic Business Development person who possesses leadership qualities! This person will be a proactive networker, excellent relationship builder with a passion for sales!

  • You will establish and execute a strategic plan and roadmap that aligns with growth objectives for the Technology Division.
  • Lead the charge in new account development along with account expansion.
  • Identify and secure new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings, and other methods.
  • Market services to fulfill needs in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions within the Information Technology space
  • Consults hiring managers in the selection process
  • Manages open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Collaborates with team to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business
  • Markets candidates for open positions and to win new business.


  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in IT staffing sales/recruiting.
  • A history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams.
  • A stellar work ethic & unparalleled sense of commitment.
