-Looking for a candidate who would like to work in the financial services industry and eventually in sales
-Would start in sales support role working with processing and organizing information
-Gain exposure within the sales realm supporting 2 senior salespeople
-Needs good presentation skills and able to speak with clients and internal stakeholders
-Needs to be extremely sharp and collective
-Only looking for 3 years max of experience

Duties: support two sales professionals. Entering meeting notes into system, process sub agreements, updating presentations, various administrative tasks supporting these individuals. Will gain exposure to some of their premier client relationships- institutional client base, large state pensions/funds, build a great network.

Qualifications- heavy on soft skills- presentable (hopefully will interact with clients at some point if they do well), hard working, intelligent, eager to work/learn. Ok with doing grunt work to gain experience. Preferred junior candidate.

Software- saleslogic- not important, theyre moving to another CRM soon.

Hours- 8-5, but must have some flexibility b/c some of their clients are overseas so weird hours will come up from time to time.
