Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Business Operations Manager for a great client located in the Buckhead area. This role is designed to support a Managing Director of Historic Tax Credit and deals with multiple facets of the financial realm. This role is direct-hire and the pay range is $75-$85k depending upon experience.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and maintain pipeline of federal historic tax credit transactions from initial sourcing to close
  • Assist with identification and management of projects for funds through which are operated both of a proprietary and multi-investor nature
  • Serve as liaison to Managing Director of Historic Tax Credit practice - organizing calls, tracking information requests and dissemination of other information
  • Coordinate with marketing team in the development of project specific marketing material and fund offering material
  • Coordinate with sales team in being to provide current status reports on available to sell
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing in developing presentation materials for new investor pitches and meetings
  • Assist with ministerial acts of closing transactions - coordination with finance, KC, bridge lenders and others
  • Assist with the preparation of Expressions of Interest for transactions
  • Assist with the preparation of Letters of Intent for transactions
  • Assist with preparation of required deal information for the company's investment committees' approval
  • Serve as liaison to Moxie relative to tracking EOI's, LOI's and pipeline both on a federal and a state level
  • Maintain inventory of agreed Moxie transactions and pricing information
  • Additional items as needed


  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 3+ years of office operations experience
