Job Description

This Business Analyst (Product Analyst) will be part of the Product Development organization, and responsible for delivering quality products and solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of high quality business requirements and solution design support while ensuring consistency with Product Development strategy, commitments and goals. Additionally, this person will be working in an environment that supports both Waterfall and Agile methodology.

Requirements Planning
Work with Product Mangers to define the project business needs & measures of success.
Create detailed requirements gathering plan.
Collaborate with internal & external business requirements stakeholders to understand customer & business needs and develop business requirements documentation.
Create consensus with business stakeholders & systems stakeholders on requirements review & approval.

Requirements Tracking and Execution
Manage business requirements through design, develop, testing, & delivery phases to ensure business needs are met.
Create business requirements change requests for review & approval.

Business Readiness/ Deployment
Support Business Readiness team on planning & deployment of assigned projects.
Support review of internal and external communication and training plans.
Support creation of updated business process documentationStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization & interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management & peers.

Experience and Skills
7+ years of business analysis and requirements management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/product management
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of direct Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Experience in Six Sigma disciplines would be a plus
Excellent command of verbal and written communication for all levels of stakeholders
Highly organized with ability to meet internal deadlines
Strong understanding of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Methodology
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum Methodology
Knowledge of customer experience and user experience design principles would be a plus
