As a Systems Analyst, you will work closely with department managers in sales, finance, operations, and quality. You will provide systems application support, develop reports, provide training and data analysis utilizing SQL queries, and write and maintain SQL scripts. You will be responsible for managing the testing of new releases, analyzing user requirements, system modifications, change management, providing technical application expertise, supporting our end users, and providing training.

Other responsibilities of the Systems Administrator role include:

• Providing systems administration of core business applications-
• Investigating user application issues
• Identifying problem sources
• Determining and implementing possible solutions
• Writing SQL queries for data extraction as well as analysis and data imports
• Diagnosing and resolving user problems with business applications
• Resolving support issues through the application's vendor as needed
• Investigating, recommending, and implementing new applications and processes
• Participating in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of applications software
• Testing new releases of business applications to identify potential advantages and/or issues
