Job Description


The Global Productivity and Sales Tools team focuses on productivity tools used by internal Sales teams that help them do their work more effectively. Our team supports the usage of Salesforce, including customization of the CRM tool so that it meets the needs of the business.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can help ensure we maintain a high degree of data integrity in our systems, through hands-on analysis and data maintenance. Our end users are frequently making updates to their accounts to track their work, and the person in this role will own the process of ensuring the proper validation is done so that the data generated by Salesforce remains useful for all users.

Job Duties

  • Become an expert on the business processes that happen in Salesforce related to Accounts, Owners, and Assignments
  • Document the critical path followed by our users in completing their core workflows, and capture best practices for managing data in the system
  • Create tools, such as SQL queries and dashboards, to monitor new and changed records to see if they are compliant with best practices
  • Follow up with Sales teams and other stakeholders to correct any issues that are non-compliant
  • Capture any common pitfalls and issues that come up, and make recommendations for feature requests and process improvements


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2-4 years' industry experience in an operations or analysis role
  • Familiarity with SQL for working with complex data structures and analytical modeling
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
  • Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders both technical and non-technical
  • Preferred candidate would be familiar with Salesforce and/or other major CRM tools
