REMOTE -You will need to go twice to the Pine Bluff to for onboarding and equipment pick up

6 month contract

-You will be answering questions from customers regarding inquiries from a government project

-1st and 2nd shift options

Knowledge & Experience:

- Customer service skills required

- Bilingual is a plus

- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills

- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
