PERM POSITIONS MULTIPLE OPENINGS
NEEDED ASAP!!!!
Payrate: $17/hr
HOURS: 3-11 PM CT Shift Mon-Friday working one weekend a month

Nashville, TN 37204

**Open to different backgrounds, call center backgrounds, customer service, retail, food service
**Looking for people who are looking to grow with a nationally recognized company

Two shifts Buckets:
1st shift or 2nd shift

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service related field
  • Call center customer service experience a plus

    Other requirements:

Flexibility with work shifts

  • Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

  • Accurately assisting our online customers/clients through their application online
  • Actively engage customers through outbound call efforts
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development
  • Comply with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry
  • Perform other duties as assigned

To be exceptional in this role, your qualifications should include:

  • A cheerful and positive attitude
  • A commitment to providing world class customer service
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and produce timely and effective results
  • Hunger for a multi-tasking environment
