Job Description

Vaco is looking to staff several remote customer service positions.

This position will be responsible for taking inbound calls as well as making outbound calls.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Their own secured internet connection
  • Intermediate computer/pc skills

Candidates will have to go through a thorough background check.

Must be able to travel to Jeffersonville to pick up the computer equipment, as well as return the equipment to Jeffersonville should you not be able to continue in the position.

Available Shifts: 11am - 3pm OR 8am - 3pm
Bilingual is a plus but not required

Previous Call Center/Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.

This positions pays 13.00-13.99/hr
