Job Description

Essential Services Business in Vegas working to expand and grow their Call Center Team while still providing top-notch customer service. This is a REMOTE role, but you MUST currently be located in Vegas to be considered.

MUST HAVE Reliable internet connection and reception,& a home work space without disruptions

PAY: CONTRACT-2-HIRE, $13/HR as Contractor, Direct Hire pay rate of $13.50/HR Upon Conversion.

SHIFT HOURS: Mon - fri - 8-5pm


You Have:

1. A minimum of 1 year in a high volume call center, preferrable dealing with consumers, heavy email monitoring & management.

2. The ability to handle a HIGH VOLUME workload of calls, but still focus on quality conversations with challenging customers until the issue is resolved.

3. A high level of professionalism and outstanding Phone etiquette

4. The ability to handle disgruntled customers and escalations

5. OUTSTANDING Listening Skills. Are self-motivated motivated to grow, display a high level of reliability, punctuality, self starter characteristics, a commitment to high-quality work and not taking shortcuts.

6. Exceptional conversational skills and listening skills.
