Needs to Work all Shifts:
7-4, 9-6 and 11-8 they will work around two weekends a month but need to be available Mon-Sunday

Start Date: ASAP (Need to be able to come in for an interview this week)

These supervisor are "HANDS ON" meaning they need to be extremely involved as much as their team is. They need to be mentoring their agents and be very engaged in floor activity. They handle verifying fraud information that our other online team and the store fronts send them. (They are basically looking at information identifying if there is fraud or not in the documentation) The only "customers" they speak with are the CSR associate's in the stores. They still go over all the customer service training but really they are not on the phones that much.

-Leadership experience, who enjoy being Hands On in small groups

-Looking for sharp, professional individuals, who are detail oriented

-Want positive candidates
