Job Description

  • Work all disputes that come in to avoid chargebacks.
  • Work with Belk's acquirers to resolve issues that arise.
  • Utilize chargeback data, tools, analytics, to constantly evolve the chargeback strategy while focusing on improving revenue and reducing costs.
  • Partner with business owners to impact changes. (Fraud, Store, Ecomm, IT teams)
  • Identify patterns that require making business changes in-store and online.
  • Ensure response deadlines are adhered to.
  • Keep up to date on Network changes tied to chargeback policies/rules.
  • Prepare and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reporting, including dispute tracking and win rates.
  • Contact customers as needed to resolve dispute claims.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current processes and drive changes needed.
  • Assist in any projects and analysis requests.
  • Lead and assist with implementing new software and technology solutions.
