Job Description

  • Must have 5+ years of Citrix Engineering experience
  • Must have some type of Citrix certification
  • Experience with Active directory
  • Experience with VMware
  • Able to analyze existing environment
  • Able to design, build and optimize a scalable environment
  • Must have 4 year degree
  • Understand basic broadband communication technologies as they relate to remote access to resources within a large scale, multi-site global environment
  • Provide recommendations regarding specific Citrix work practices within the environment (e.g., requirement specification, coding standards) and execute continuous quality improvement in meeting internal and external customer requirements, including customer escalations and cross team support
  • Troubleshoot end-user remote access
  • Build base image for Citrix environment; build and update a "lite-touch" build process for the Citrix environment
  • Review progress and evaluate results of assigned technical projects, products and processes against conformance to plans and specifications making recommendations based on the results; contribute to the creation of technical, status and management reports as required
  • Apply advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN infrastructure and internet communications to determine how they impact the Citrix environment
