In these roles you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a large claims team that includes career development, planning, performance and pay discussions for team members.
  • Preparing various reporting for call center results and distribution to Senior Leadership Team.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Reviewing structured problems, selecting and applying standards and guidelines.

Required Skills for this role include:

  • 5+ years of Claims management experience that includes a staff 50 indirect and direct reports
  • 5+ years of experience where you were responsible for setting standards and goals that met or exceeded company and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role where you had to interact with external client stakeholders to plan and execute strategic initiatives.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and leading process improvement projects that drove operational efficiencies.
