Job Description

Our client is in search of a Client Experience Specialist to add to their growing staff. The Associate will be responsible for working directly with internal and external customers to assist with transactions as well as auditing client records. The Associate will report directly to the Client Experience Manager.

Required:

  • All applicants must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a business related field, or a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
  • Progressive experience in a customer relations environment, with data entry responsibilities.
  • Highly refined communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a team/collaborative environment.
  • Current open shift is 10 AM - 8 PM Tuesday - Friday and 9 AM - 2 PM Saturday.
