Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma, good understanding of science and biology
  • 1 -2 years of customer service preferred
  • Capable of understanding and explaining basic customer information
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, and typing skills
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Completion of HIPPA training
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate and uphold the highest levels of ethical behavior and confidentiality
