In this Client Services Representative position, you will be assistint our client in the following duties:

  • Providing top-notch customer service via phone and email, making sure to answer all questions and concerns related to claims, warranties and product services
  • Updating customer accounts and information utilizing the company database
  • Own client issues and concerns, only escalate to appropriate channels when necessary
  • Interfacing and collaborating with other internal teams to represent the client accurately
  • Maintain and update product knowledge continuously
  • Able to balance workload based on the business needs at that time
  • Other job duties as assigned that may arise as identified

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong time management skills
  • Maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting issues
  • Logical thinker
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Word and basic Excel
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
