Job Description


Vaco is working with an outstanding company to find a Client Services Account Manager. This position is being added due to growth in sales and will be an integral part of the team. Our client is looking for a team-player with great leadership skills.

Job Duties:

  • Provide support to clients, both internal and external, via the web, phone, and email simultaneously.
  • Process between 50-60 incoming calls and approximate 100 emails daily.
  • Communicate information both verbally and written in a professional and courteous manner ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Work with Management to improve services that impact clients and internal staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with customer service and/or account management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills in handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Desire to solve problems and complaints positively, patiently and with accuracy.
