Vaco has been engaged to identify a Client Services Assistant for an established company in Birmingham, AL. The Administrative/Client Services Assistant will report directly to the Project Manager. This position will be responsible for assisting clients with all needs verbally and with written correspondence in a timely and responsive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing various customer reports and memos as needed
  • Document preparation and modification
  • Document records of all client/customer interactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with all customers if they have questions, concerns or problems
Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred but relevant professional experience will be considered
  • Must possess a minimum of one year of experience in a professional work environment
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • All applicants MUST be advanced MS Word and MS Excel skills to complete daily responsibilities
