  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and follow standard processes and procedures for Client Services
    • Managing daily operations of internal and external clients
    • Responsible for all ongoing service management, reporting, escalation, and customer management
    • Single point of accountability for all services
    • Act as the primary contact with customer management
    • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the team members
    • Provide client with reports on all activity
    • Manage operational and logistics coordination internally and externally
    • Touch base with clients proactively to discuss any issues
    • Manage all aspects of order placement, tracking and delivery
    • Manage all aspects of services delivery to meet or exceed requirements.
    • Assembling the delivery team and creating, maintaining, and executing to a project plan
    • Tracking action items and reporting on status
    • Tracking all service deliverables

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years' experience in project coordination and/or program management with clients
    • High drive for superior quality results
    • Demonstrated Quick learner, Self-Starter, Self-Motivated, Analytical, Organized, Detail-oriented, Multi-tasker
    • Demonstrable Expertise in (Google Docs, Excel, CRM and Project Management Tools)
    • Demonstrated Expert project coordination, management and measuring progress
    • Demonstrated ability to increase opportunities within already established relationships
    • Expert at being a "Trusted Advisor" to Clients and furthering the business relationship
    • Expert communication skills with external clients, both written and verbal
    • Demonstrated experience prioritizing workload to meet deadlines for variety of deliverables
    • Expert at planning & conducting business meetings with agenda's and outcomes, including all necessary follow up, issue tracking and resolution
    • Excellent organization, planning and follow through skills
    • Ability to meet strict and short SLAs for client follow up
    • Prior experience presenting to C-suite executives as well as front line managers in large businesses
    • Ability to travel 25% and be available when our Clients need you
