As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for fulfilling and tracking all Products, Sales and Marketing requests for samples, mock-ups and product renderings for the Sales and Marketing team and broker network. You will manage and distribute marketing administrative materials such as specification and pricing forms, Sales & Operation notes, product fact sheets, sell sheets and brand presentations. You will be responsible for responding to daily customer inquiries using database, email, telephone and/or written correspondence in a timely, accurately and efficient manner.

Other responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist role include:

 2+ years of call center or administrative experience in Healthcare or in the Health Insurance industry preferred
 Minimum 1+ year in clinical or health care insurance administrative setting, call center setting or other customer supporting role
 Ability to accurately type 45 wpm while speaking with provider/member/vendor or other via telephone
 Strong data entry skills required
 Strong attention to detail and quality of work product
 Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical scenarios required
 High school diploma or GED required
 Associate Degree or higher education degree preferred
 Advanced Computer Skills e.g. navigation and workflow within an EMR, Benefit Administrative system(s) or medical management applications and Microsoft Office Applications required
 1+ year Knowledge of clinical coding preferred
 1+ year Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements preferred
 1+ year Medical and Hospital Claims Knowledge preferred
