Job Description

One of Vaco's global supply chain partners is on the hunt for a Collections Manager for a newly transformed department that will oversee a team of 12-20 reports.

This line of business is critical to their operations and, with fresh leadership and a fresh approach, is challenging the status quo and will give individuals the opportunity for meaningful change.

Compensation is highly competitive and due to the highly interactive nature of this role, the position will be onsite as they plan to execute a phased return to the office later this year.

  • Day to day will consists of driving commercial collection activities in a high-volume transactional environment on all accounts with a past due AR balance.
  • Individuals must have excellent communication skills in dealing with outside accounts as well as strategizing with internal teams.
  • Must have prior experience managing supervisors/managers in addition to large teams of collectors.
  • Large (Fortune 500) company experience preferred.
