Job Description


  • Ensure that customers needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal
  • Service all prospective customers with the objective of gaining their trust, meeting their project needs, and building customers for life
  • Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions; Sales. Marketing, Production, Administrative, and Personal Development
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Position Functions:

  • Research and identify key targets in designated commercial market segments (verticals)
  • Initiate contact and build relationships through individual contacts and relevant trade associations
  • Conduct marketing activities to drive new business
  • Cold call new clients and offices
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Attend and exhibit at relevant trade shows
  • Win sales commitments with new customers in a competitive market
  • Grow existing accounts and relationships
  • Schedule appointments and meet with customers to determine project scope
  • Meet with customer to perform an estimate and gather information about their needs pertaining to the execution of the project
  • Upon landing the job, communicate clearly to the production staff the most up to date scope of work, the needs of the customer and any scheduling preferences
  • Assist in assigning the most appropriate crew to jobs based on their past performance, preferences, and abilities
  • Contact all completed jobs to ensure that customer's expectations were met and to actively network for referrals
  • Ensure that crews are producing jobs at or above Projected Gross Margin
  • Prepare Weekly Analysis of Results in preparation for Goal Setting and Review with Supervisor
  • Maintain relevant sales information in the CRM


  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Business to business or business to customer sales and marketing experience
