Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a stable and reputable title company to fill a Commercial Sales Executive.

This position will be focused on business development efforts in the Indianapolis metro market. This includes generating new business opportunities with commercial real estate owners, brokers, developers, investors, lenders, attorneys and other industry professionals, while simultaneously managing existing relationships.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the Manager, establish a market strategy and measurable goals for business development execution;
  • Establish and meet sales call and appointment setting quotas and sales goals for transaction and revenue growth;
  • Create and deliver presentations singularly or with the office team to new and existing clients;
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with prospects and clients;
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue with existing commercial clients;
  • Keep current with industry changes and competitor strategies;

  • Maintain a well-known, respected presence in the local commercial real estate community;
  • Foster a team environment by exhibiting an excellent level of communication and working relationship with internal staff.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should be accomplished sales leaders with 5-7 years of business development experience. While not a requirement, the ideal candidate will have a commercial real estate background.

  • Proven track record of business development and account management;
  • Demonstrated success of effectively capturing profitable new business opportunities;
  • Ability to communicate at the executive level to promote the firm in the market;
  • Demonstrated success in managing priorities and deliverables;
  • Leader skillset within individual contributor role and recognized for fairness and good business judgment;
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence;
  • Superior oral and written communication skills and the ability to maximize relationships with internal and external customers.
