This candidate will work closely with our operations and collection areas of the business to develop effective communication strategies. They will design, implement and measure various communication plans. Individual will review all internal and external communication for the department; responsibilities will include proofreading to verify spelling, grammar, accuracy and effectiveness of communications, ensure that copy satisfies stated business objectives, meets brand standards, is legally compliant, and assist in creating copy for a variety of vehicles, including print, email, text and web content.

* Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing and/or Communications or related field
* Prior timeshare/hospitality communications experience preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

* Excellent attention to detail and superior organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication
* Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members
* Ability to multi-task on competing priorities
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Able to drive results and stay positive in the midst of a fast-paced, high-growth environment
