Job Description

Our Client is looking for a Compensation Data Analyst. This person needs to be a self-starter, able to analyze and problem solve data issues and formulate corrective actions to take.

This position is responsible for analysis and maintenance of team member records in compensation systems supporting a variety of compensation programs. These programs include but are not limited to annual corporate bonus administration, annual long-term incentive recommendations, annual pay increases, and FLSA designations, etc. This position will work closely with the Corporate Compensation and Field Compensation Teams to ensure consistency with company compensation philosophy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide systems administration and support for the global administration of merit, bonus and LTI pay programs through the maintenance of data and system design, primarily in TMX and MarketPay
  • Coordinate the efforts of all corporate compensation team members, and routinely report on all compensation exceptions
  • Data validation and integrity of Bonus and LTI in TMX for accuracy
  • Provide support during TMX Workforce Planning Annual Cycle
  • Rewrite Reports for TMX Workforce Planning Annual Cycle from SF reports
  • Maintain MarketPay, the global compensation system used in the analysis of internal pay vs. the competitive market
  • Analyzing pay practices against the market
  • Presentation of results and recommendations
  • PENDING Market Pay needs to be converted to TMX. Once this is done audit and validation of data.
  • Other Ad Hoc projects and reports as needed.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS
  • 3-5 years' experience
  • HR or Compensation background is a plus
  • Analytics and problem-solving skills required
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel (writing medium to complex formulas) required
  • Oracle Cloud (TMX), SAP, Workday experience is a plus
  • Market Pay experience is a plus
  • Confidentiality, working with sensitive and proprietary data
  • Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with 1-hour lunch break
