As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and recommending amendments to legal documents, serve as the primary contact to coordinate directly with clients, identify unsatisfactory contract provisions, and adequately provide an alternative option for resolution, all whilst meeting departmental expectations.

Other responsibilities of the Compliance Specialist role include:

* Cultivate, implement, and preserve tracking system of documents produced during negotiations
* Develop and monitor corporate contract approval process for external vendors
* Work closely with the accounting team to develop the billing notification procedure
* Assist in training administrative support
* Create and distribute reports to monitor workflow status
* Ensure team processes align with departmental standard
* Track deadlines and production with key stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working directly for an attorney
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • 5 years' experience in transactional paralegal role
  • Contracts experience to include renewing, revising and negotiation
