Vaco is currently looking for an experience construction or purchasing admin. This is a contract to hire position located in East Louisville.

Resposibilites include:

Order construction plans from architect
Schedule meetings
Assemble permit packages
Requst check for permits and fees
Creating purchase orders
Process Purchase orders
Other duties ass assigned

SKills:

Organization, Data Entry, Must be proficient in MS Excel, Attention to Detail, excellent communication skills.
