Our client, is seeking a Construction Contract Administrator that will assist with their. This person will be the first line of communication for warranty claims.


  • Review and process customer and dealer warranty claims. Review claims to determine the level of eligibility for parts and labor
  • Assist with the management of core returns and vendor recovery parts
  • Interact with vendors to recover warranty dollars and negotiate disputed claims
  • Coordinate reviews and analysis of vendor recovery parts with Quality and Engineering
  • Maintain tracking and reporting of warranty claims, parts, and installation costs; report cost analysis of claims to Finance
  • Provide timely written and verbal correspondence to customers, distributors, and vendors
  • Develop and maintain a warranty database for standard repair times
  • Provide light technical support to a broad range of products
  • Assess and prioritize each warranty claim appropriately
