Our client, located in downtown Indianapolis is growing and in need of a Construction Staff Accountant!

Primary Responsibilities

Accounts payable/Accounts receivable
* Complete entity financials
* Approve invoices daily
* Reach out to vendors for corrected pay applications and lien waivers
* Complete construction and owner draws
* Review third-party draws and keep track of trailing waivers
* Organize Work-In-Process excel templates for all developing entities
* Send draws to banks, title companies, and inspection companies
